Because of this, in the preset link, it is possible to feel suitable and apply a large concave angle to avoid such things. For example, on the mining belt conveyor and stacker reclaimer equipment, in order to better reduce the tail car, the concave section here is preset into a non arc connection section. When the total width of the belt is used with a small margin, it is very easy to spread materials.

2、 Scattering when the direction deviates.

The scattering of materials when the belt direction of the mining belt conveyor deviates is because the height width ratio of the two edges of the belt has changed during operation. One side is high and the other side is low, and raw materials are spilled from the low side. The treatment method is to adjust the direction deviation of the belt.

3、 Spreading at the load point.

The key to spreading material at the load point is at the discharging bin, guide chute, etc. For example, the belt conveyor is seriously cut, the vulcanized rubber side skirt of the guide chute is damaged, and the thick steel plate at the guide chute is preset far away from the belt. The vulcanized rubber side skirt is relatively long, so that the raw materials break through the guide chute.
