What are the common faults of conveyor belt

Belt conveyors can be divided into light belt conveyors and mining belt conveyors. It is widely used. Different kinds of belt conveyors can be selected according to different customer cities. Jinrui machinery factory mainly produces mine belt conveyors, which can be roughly divided into: large and medium-sized inclined belt conveyors, fixed belt conveyors, and mobile belt conveyors. However, whether it is a light belt conveyor or a mining belt conveyor, the common faults such as the deviation, extension, violation, abnormal noise of the reducer are all difficult problems of the belt conveyor.

1. Belt conveyor deviation

Reason: the safety passage of the conveyor belt has a large amount of water, and the load and belt support are insufficient. When the car is full, the belt is squeezed by raw materials, and the overall planning value of the friction resistance between the pushing roller and the belt does not conform to the value of practical activities.

Solution: adopt anti pouring method, control the feeding amount, prohibit overload operation, adjust the tensioning roller, and add the belt support force. When pressing down the belt, first clean some raw materials on the belt, and then push it to add the friction resistance of the positive roller.

2. Belt conveyor

a. Raw materials at the point of shipment

It is mainly in the dropping bin, guide slot, etc. for example, the conveyor belt conveyor is seriously overweight, the conveyor belt conveyor diaphragm vulcanized rubber skirt is damaged, the overall planning of the thick steel plate at the guide slot avoids the belt, and the vulcanized rubber skirt often makes the raw materials get rid of the manual. b. Raw materials for concave belt suspension

In the concave part of the belt, when the included angle of the concave part of the hour, the belt will be suspended. At this time, the belt is slotted, and the belt leaves the slotted drive shaft group. Then the angle of view of the belt slot is reduced and some raw materials are scattered.

Therefore, in the planning and equipment of conveyor belt conveyor, in order to better prevent these conditions, a relatively large concave included angle should be applied.
