The unique skill of preventing deviation of mining belt conveyor!The deviation of the tape direction of the mining belt conveyor will have obvious adverse effects, which is detrimental to the routine operation of the work. After studying the above probable causes, we have clearly put forward relative preventive measures to ensure the normal operation of the belt conveyor, reduce the probability of the deviation of the tape direction, and then improve the productivity. 1. Adjust belt tension organization The belt tension organization of mining belt conveyor has a key effect in the transportation of belt conveyor. Different treatment methods should be adopted for different tensioning equipment. For the belt conveyor with heavy hammer tensioning system, the tensioning organization can be adjusted according to the increased load, but not too much, otherwise the load of the belt will be increased and the service life will be reduced. At the same time, during installation, pay attention to the direction adjustment roller above it, which not only vertically bisects the vertical line of internal force, but also vertically bisects the tangential direction of the belt conveyor, so as to ensure the level of the axis. For the transport aircraft that adopts hydraulic press tensioning or spiral tensioning, the tensioning force can be expanded or reduced according to the adjustment of the tensioning distance size. If the tensioning schedule cannot meet the regulation requirements in the whole application process, in other words, the belt causes deformation, at this time, a part of the belt can be cut off and riveted again to ensure the reasonable operation of the tensioning equipment. 2. Adjust the position of the blanking opening There are two key ways: try to increase the relative height of the relativity of the two belts during the installation of the design scheme, and at the same time, choose the sound horn shaped Buchner funnel structure for the slot hole, so as to make the blanking more centralized and reduce the deviation of the falling direction of raw materials from personal behavior. Install certain equipment at the outlet of the blanking port, such as the clapboard for adjustment, so that when blanking is carried out, the position of the equipment can be adjusted according to the different characteristics of raw materials, so as to change the landing trajectory of raw materials, ensure that the raw materials accurately land at the core of the adhesive tape, and then ensure the routine operation of the adhesive tape. 3. Installation and adjustment It mainly includes the installation of roller and its idler group: Adjustment and installation of direction adjusting roller and pushing roller. A belt conveyor needs to install 2-5 rollers, which must be installed slowly with the axis of the belt conveyor, otherwise once tilted, it will cause direction deviation. Therefore, attention should be paid during installation. For example, when adjusting, it is found that the belt rolled at the top of the head is copper to the right (left), then the pedestal bearing on the right (left) side should move forward, and correspondingly, the pedestal bearing on the left (right) side can also be moved backward. The tail end is adjusted in turn with the top of the head, and constantly adjusted to achieve z-best. Adjustment and installation of idler group. Generally, when the belt conveyor is installed, appropriate left and right idlers are usually used in order to better and faster deviation prevention and correction devices. The installation of forward extension idlers can avoid the deviation of the adhesive tape direction, but at the time of selection, it should be noted that the forward inclination angle should not be very large, otherwise it will lead to excessive load-bearing of commission, expand the idler group, and increase the output power of the transport aircraft. At the same time, pay attention to the use of forward extension idlers, and select load-bearing idlers in the transportation section to ensure safety. |
