Damage mode of long-distance conveyor beltThe normal service life of the long-distance conveyor depends on the damage of the conveyor belt. Most of the damage of the conveyor belt is specifically manifested in the damage of the equipment workbench (i.e. soil layer) and the edge. Damage of soil layer of long-distance conveyor The damage of the soil layer is mainly caused by the relative sliding of the conveyor belt and the conveying raw materials, and is also related to the friction of the prefabricated components of the drive belt conveyor. Damage method and injury of soil layer of conveyor belt. Damage level of conveyor belt with various factors It is an important form of soil layer damage of long-distance conveyor. Generally, the damage caused can be reduced according to adjustment as much as possible, so it can be fully considered as abnormal damage. 1. The key elements of damage are: the type and particle size analysis of transported raw materials; The loading height of raw materials, the relative angle between feeding and conveyor belt, the concentration level of material flow, the impact points in the direction of server bandwidth, and the total number of loading points; Type of masking glue, belt speed, steward, server bandwidth; Operation rate and conveying capacity of belt conveyor. 2. The side skirt causes damage to the conveyor belt. The damage of the side skirt to the conveyor belt is a unique damage. If the design method of the side skirt is improved and attention is paid to maintenance, this damage can be prevented. 3. Damage of belt conveyor feeder. The damage caused by the feeder to the conveyor belt is generally uniform, but the information of the feeder is different and the damage is also different. 4. Damage of buffer idler. The lower covering glue of the conveyor belt will be rubbed by the centering buffer idler and the forward inclined trough idler, which is caused by damage at the connection section from the trough idler to the roller and the bending bulge of the drive belt conveyor. 5. Damage of barrel. The friction between the driving roller and the soil layer under the conveyor belt is used to transmit the driving force, so that the conveyor belt can operate normally, but because of the rolling friction, part of the soil layer under the conveyor belt is damaged. Specifically for the factors damaging the soil layer above, only the damage data information corresponding to each factor can be obtained, and the damage of the conveyor belt can be analyzed, predicted and reduced under the corresponding application specifications. Damage to the edge of conveyor belt The damage of the conveyor belt edge is mainly the friction damage between the belt edge and the frame when the conveyor belt direction deviates. The conveyor belt should run on the center line of the buffer idler group, but due to the defects caused by the production, processing, assembly and application of the drive belt conveyor, the conveyor belt often deviates from the center line, resulting in direction deviation. Generally, the conveyor belt is allowed to deviate by 5% in the direction of server bandwidth. When the direction deviates too much, the conveyor belt will touch the idler support and frame, causing edge glue damage. When the direction deviates seriously, it will even make the conveyor belt on the opposite side. For example, there are screw heads in the radial direction of the barrel, ore feeder stops and other convex parts, or the gap between the frames is too small, which is easy to cause the conveyor belt to tear open, covering part of the glue to get rid of and scratch. |
